If you continue to browse and use this website and appointment services you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which together with our privacy policy govern Clippers’ relationship with you in relation to this website and your data.
The term ‘Clippers’ or ‘Clippers.wales’ ‘us’ or ‘we’ refers to the owner of the website whose registered office is 37 Eversley Rd, Sketty, Swansea, SA2 9DB. The term ‘you’ refers to the user or viewer of our website, appointment system or Loyalty cards. The use of this website, appointment system or loyalty cards is subject to the following terms of use:

- You agree that e-mail can be used as a long-distance means of communication.
- Your use of this website and any dispute arising out of such use of the website is subject to the laws of England and Wales
- Appointments – All cancellations must be made at least 8 hours before the allotted time. Failure to cancel before this period will result in no monies refunded.
- Loyalty Cards- 20% discount is only applied to services and products supplied at Clippers Barber shop at 37 Eversley Rd, Sketty, Swansea SA2 9DB exclusively.
- Loyalty Cards- 20% discount is not applicable to Mobile services.
- Appointments - We ask all customers to bring a face mask and wash their hair before the booking
- Customers must wait for a member of staff to allow entry to the premises
- Only customers with an appointment will be allowed entry
- Do NOT attend your booking if you have shown any of the following symptoms:
- High Temperature
- New continuous cough
- Loss or change to your sense of smell or taste

- Parents may be asked to wait off the premises if needed to maintain social distance rules
- Children over 14 will be asked to attend the booking alone to maintain social distancing rules
- Clippers staff sickness - Notifications will be sent as soon as possible and appointments will be rearranged, refunded or honoured if another member of staff is available
- Promotional Communications - Subject to your opt-out preference, Clippers may send you emails or mail about special offers, gifts, or platform features that we think are relevant to you. You may opt out of receiving these communications at any time; refer to the section “Your Rights and Choices” below for more information. Clippers does not share your information with third-party advertisers who would send you communications promoting their goods or services.
Your Rights and Choices
- Communicating with a Supervisory Authority. If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have the right to reach out and communicate with a supervisory authority in relation to the processing of your Personal Data, but we would appreciate the opportunity to speak with you first and resolve your issues.
- Request to Delete Data. You may submit a written request to delete all personal information from the Clippers appointment platform, loyalty card platform or marketing platform. Clippers will fulfill the request within 30 days of the receipt of request. Send an email to formal request removal to privacy@clippers.wales to initiate this process.
- Request to Correct Personal Information. You may submit a written request to correct any inaccuracies in your personal information that is held by Clippers. Please send all such requests to privacy@clippers.wales. Upon receipt of the request, Clippers will fulfill the terms of the request within 30 days.
